How long until I get it?
Each Signature x HF piece is made to order for you, and ready in about four weeks. If you have a tighter timeline, reach out – we'll always do our best to accommodate.
Is my jewelry covered under warranty?
Yes. Signature x HF piece comes with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty that includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect. For complete warranty details, please visit our FAQ page.
What if it doesn't fit?
All rings come with one complimentary resize within one year from date of purchase. More than a 1.5 finger size difference may incur additional fees.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Because each piece is made for you, purchases are final, but resizing and care covered under our warranty are always on us.
Is Signature x HF the same quality as your custom work?
