Is my ring covered under warranty?
Yes. Beloved x HF piece comes with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty that includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect. For complete warranty details, please visit our FAQ page.
What if it doesn't fit?
All rings come with one complimentary resize within one year from date of purchase. More than a 1.5 finger size difference may incur additional fees.
How long will shipping take?
Each Beloved x HF piece is made to order for you, and ready in about four weeks. If you have a tighter timeline, please reach out and we will always try our best to accommodate.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Because each piece is made for you, purchases are final, but resizing and care covered under our warranty are always on us.
Is Beloved x HF the same quality as your custom work?
Same workshop, same bench jewelers, same sourcing standards. The difference is the process – these pieces are already designed and ready to buy, rather than built one-on-one around your stone. Same hand, different path.

Where do your diamonds come from?
The lab-grown diamonds used in our Beloved x HF collection are the same diamonds we use in all of our bridal pieces, which are carefully and ethically sourced from our close network of diamond dealers that provide the highest quality stones.
