All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is securely processed through Shopify Payments and may accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved methods.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method and authorize us (and Shopify) to charge your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Orders & shipping

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, however, many items are ordered as made-to-order, and will take 4-6 weeks to be ready to ship. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are your responsibility.

6. Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Returns for in stock pieces are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
  
• Made-to-order or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.
  
• To initiate a return, contact concierge@hannahflorman.com with your order number.
  

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
